Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill Blog Second Line

While working on the blog at the internet cafe tonight, a tuba player and a group of 40 or so people parade past the place dancing and throwing beads. This is at 9 pm New Orleans time. The girl next to me says that is a second line, like I am supposed to know what a second line is. Seems there is always a reason to have a parade anytime, anywhere.
