DC Chef Says Educated Consumers Prefer Gulf Seafood

Tunks, like most restaurant owners, only deals with certified seafood vendors. He knows the sources of the food he serves, adding that seafood from the Gulf of Mexico is the most regulated food in America as the result of questions raised after BP’s oil gusher.
